TESTIMONIALS
“I had the pleasure of working with Kim Lewis for seven years. She stands out as someone who brings together strong SaaS technical skills with a deep commitment to people. Whether she was leading the adoption of a new system (one which had a colossal positive effect on our workflow) or rethinking processes to better serve our organization’s clients, she approached every challenge with both precision and empathy. Kim is highly responsive, ethical, and solution-oriented, constantly asking how things can work better and for whom. She’s not bound by rigid thinking; instead, she listens, adapts, and brings people along. Her ability to blend systems thinking with a people-first mindset makes her an asset in any context."
REAM S. / MARKETING PROFESSIONAL
“Kim excelled in communicating with our colleagues and students and worked effectively with others across different departments and roles. She is always ready to listen, provide support, and share valuable insights. This collaboration allowed for significant decreases in late fees for our students, less paperwork for our colleagues, and fostered a sense of community between students and staff members."
CATHERINE C. / STUDENT ACCOUNTS OFFICE
“What she does remarkably well is cross-index her encyclopedic knowledge of learning needs, admissions data, curriculum, faculty skills, and the student population to put people in the right place at the right time working with who they most need to work with. I saw students graduate who wouldn’t have made it past their sophomore years if it hadn’t been for Kim Lewis. She cares about what happens to people, and she does the thinking and the hard work she needs to do to make things turn out as they ought to."
JOSEPH S. / ENGLISH FACULTY
“Kim Lewis was my right hand person when it came to planning and implementing the academic side of freshmen and transfer orientation. I seriously could not have pulled it off without her. I also worked with Kim during the academic year on the retention team. Kim always took on more students on her “case load” than any other team member. She would follow the journey of the student through their time at the institution. All students knew Kim, because they knew she would stop everything she was doing to help them."
DANA B. / ASSOCIATE DEAN OF STUDENTS
I had the pleasure of working with Kim Lewis at Birmingham-Southern College, where I was a faculty member and academic advisor. Kim was an invaluable resource for both new and experienced faculty advisors, as she was well-versed in the intricacies of our curriculum. Kim had to work closely with faculty, staff, administrators, students--and sometimes even their parents (!). She easily earned the respect and trust of all of these groups, even in cases when she had to deliver news that people might not have wanted to hear.
Kim played a crucial role in guiding our college through the transition from our old online degree audit system to the new one. She was responsible for rolling out the system to faculty advisors, many of whom had been using the previous system for decades. Thanks to Kim's hard work, excellent training sessions, positive attitude, and prompt responses to questions, the transition went smoothly. Even veteran faculty members who were accustomed to the old system felt confident in navigating the new one, all due to Kim Lewis' support.
GRETA V. / PSYCHOLOGY FACULTY
“You were always the go to person for professional guidance on challenges. Your knowledge of process is comprehensive. You bring mastery of technical and adaptive tools rare in any setting. As an educator and advisor, your support of our daughter was transformational and set her on a path to success. You provided me expert counsel as a department chair, as the program was examining critical opportunities with curriculum, emerging student needs, and recruitment."
